Claim Advocacy

We Advocate & Fight For Your Vehicles Fair Value.

Your CLaim Advocate

We Fight For Your
Vehicle's True Value.

We thoroughly assess the following:

  1. Your Claim
  2. Your Current Offer
  3. Your Insurance Policy
  4. Your Vehicles Fair Market Value

We listen to your situation and educate you on your right to appraisal, analiyze and determine what the fair market value for your vehicle is, and fight for that value until a settlement is reached.

We are paid on the settlement uplift between your insurance companies original offer and what your offer is after using FairClaims.

If we don’t increase your settlement offer, you owe us nothing!

We operate on a fee-only basis, charging solely for our time and expertise. This model eliminates any commission-based conflicts, aligning our success directly with your financial progress.

Invoking The Appraisal clause

Your Secret Weapon Against Your Insurance Company

Very few people know that written most auto insurance policies is something simply called, “The Appraisal Clause“.

This clause takes the vehicle valuation out of the hands of the insurance adjuster and places it in the hands of 2 independent auto appraisers; one of your choice and one your insurance company chooses.

1. Both appraisers then negotiate until an agreement is reached.

2. If an agreement can’t be reached between the appraisers, the decision is given to what’s called an ‘Umpire’.

The ‘Umpire‘ is a neutral 3rd party that reviews both parties valuations and comes to a final decision on the vehicles value.

Once that determination is reached, that agreement is binding and both sides have to accept it.
